Job Opportunities
- Research reliable and potential suppliers to meet company’s requirements
- Responsible on Purchase Requisitions, Quotation and issuance of Purchase Order
- Tracking orders, ensure timely deliveries and quality of purchased products.
- Liaise with Sales Department & Director for raw materials e.g: mould/billets/powders/plastic & etc to deliver on time to prevent delay Sales Department’s progress/orders.
- Maintaining supplier database, purchase records and related documents.
- Manage raw materials inventory based on production usage or at reorder level.
- Update aluminium profiles picture into excel for Sales Dept when new mould has opened.
- Responsible for coordination and management of import activities such as development and implementation of import policies, procedures, management of import
documentations and shipments - Arranging transport via outsource organization when necessary.
- Liase with freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate import processes and paperwork
Qualifications: Minimum Diploma level or above in business related field
- Create documents such as Sales Order,Delivery Order,Invoices.
- Liaising with customer through phone calls & texting(whatsapp)
- Reply emails.
- Pick up phone calls
- Ensure goods are properly checked before delivery
- Serves walk-in customers.
- Adhoc task assigned by Manager/Director.

Responsibilities:
- To handle staff disciplinary and grievances issues and provide basic counselling to employees who have performance and/or disciplinary related obstacles.
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions and general office administration.
- Handle Full set of payroll
- To ensure all daily Human Resources operational issues/matters are handled and solved in accordance and compliance with the Company’s Human Resources Policies & Procedures.
- To manage and execute HR activities including but not limited to performance evaluation, organization development, manpower review, employee communication and relations and etc, through proper communication and collaboration with other line departments.
- To act as a strategic business partner by playing an advisory role to the HODs and Senior Management.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
- To plan and drive the recruitment and selection through various channels and to monitor the progression to ensure that the Company is operating under adequate and effective manpower for both local and foreign labour recruitment.
- Involved in Foreign Worker management
- Manage hiring operations to include the full recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and competitive offers and sourcing support for critical roles
- Assist to guide employee to complete onboarding and offboarding process activities such as hiring, issuance of offer letter, confirmation, resignation & etc.
- To monitor and follow up on employees’ performance reviews and leave matters.
- Handling foreign workers’ work permit application & renewal, payroll, and administration tasks related with Human Resources.
- Construct and implement the first handbook in the company.
- Forecasting manpower planning, budget, man hours reporting, salary proposals for internal employee and promotion
- Foreign worker matter: Apply for KDN Approval, Arrange Fomema Medical check up, renew permit, new worker arrival, check out memo.
- Experience in assist HODs set up KPI for employees.
- Arrange hostel ad hoc task for employees / foreign workers.
Skills:
- HR related softwares,Microsoft Office
Education:
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experiences:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Human Resource Management.
- General Knowledge of HR Function including compensation & benefits, employee relations, staffing, HR practices and policies.
